Here is Josh Lucas, our Service manager. Josh has been with Heart of Dixie since 2005 and has serviced Harley® bikes for over four years. He is currently an Harley-Davidson Master Level Mechanic and Supervisor over all Mechanics, Service Writers and Hydro-Technicians.

Meet
Jackie Lee has been with us two years, has six years of experience and the following Harley-Davidson Certifications: Master of Technology, Master of Chassis, Master of Electrical, and Master of Powertrain. He is also Screamin' Eagle and Dyno certified. Jackie runs our Ultra Hi-Tech Dyno Room where he uses our Dyno Tuning process to dial in your bike, improving horsepower, torque and air/fuel ratios. Come by and get your bike tuned or call service and ask for a quote.
Let us introduce Dennis “Doc” Ratliff. He has been with Heart of Dixie four years and has over 40 years experience working on bikes. Doc has the following Harley-Davidson Certifications: Master of Chassis, Master of Electrical and Master of Powertrain and Dyno Certified.
Here is Bill Bailey. He has worked for the company for over two years and has over 30 year experience working on Harley® motorcycles and is Dyno Certified.
Then there is Chic Cecchini. He has been working at our dealership for four years and has over 12 years experience with Harley® models.
Meet Jason Faulk. Jason has his Master of Technology, Masters Level in Chassis and Electrical and Powertrain as well as Dyno Certification. He has been at Heart of Dixie nearly one year and has over eight years experience.
Meet Courtney Friedman. At Expert level, Courtney has been with Heart of Dixie over a year, is Dyno Certified and has over three years of experience working on Harley® motorcycles.

Matt Satterfield: Matt came to us in early 2008 with over two years of experience working on Harley® bikes. Matt is a Technician level mechanic.
Matthew Baker joined us in 2008 and has earned his Technician Level certification.
We are pleased that Cody Henderson joined us in 2008.
Service Writer, Kyle
Cumberland has served Heart of Dixie for over one year and is at Staff Level.
Service Writer, Chase Harris has several years experience with Heart of Dixie and is currently at Staff Level.
Fidel Lopez manages our Hydro-Technicians and has been with Heart of Dixie for over three years. Fidel Lopez maneja a nuestros Hidráulico-Técnicos y ha estado con el Corazón de Dixie por más de tres años.

There are TEN marked parking spots outside the Service Area. Those TEN spots will get you in the door and out in the same day.
A full run down on service for your bike is available through a simple phone call. Whether it's an oil change or high performance work, our full-time factory trained technicians are ready to take care of all your needs. Additionally, most basic services can be completed while you wait.
