Here is Josh Lucas, our Service manager. Josh has been with Heart of Dixie since 2005 and has serviced Harley® bikes for over six years. He is currently an Harley-Davidson Master Level Mechanic and Supervisor over all Mechanics, Service Writers and Hydro-Technicians.

Meet our Technicians

Meet Jackie Lee has been with us two years, has eight years of experience and the following Harley-Davidson Current Certifications: Master of Service Technology, Master of Chassis, Master of Electrical, and Master of Powertrain. He is also Screamin' Eagle and Dyno certified. Jackie runs our Ultra Hi-Tech Dyno Room where he uses our Dyno Tuning process to dial in your bike, improving horsepower, torque and air/fuel ratios. Come by and get your bike tuned or call service and ask for a quote.

Here is Bill Bailey. Bill has worked for HOD for over five years and has over 34 year experience working on Harley® motorcycles and is Dyno Certified.

There are TEN marked parking spots outside the Service Area. Those TEN spots will get you in the door and out in the same day.

A full run down on service for your bike is available through a simple phone call. Whether it's an oil change or high performance work, our full-time factory trained technicians are ready to take care of all your needs. Additionally, most basic services can be completed while you wait.
